PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content distribution device, content distribution system, and content distribution method capable of controlling the distribution range of a content.SOLUTION: A storage unit 22 stores a content and a distribution condition of the content. An acquisition unit 41 obtains from a client terminal 12 client information on the client terminal 12. A selection unit 42 selects a content of a distribution target from the storage unit 22 on the basis of the obtained client information.
