PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement acceleration while suppressing influences of noise.SOLUTION: A first inverter INV1 has a first threshold, receives an intermediate set pulse 200 and generates a first set pulse 204. A second inverter INV2 has a second threshold, receives the intermediate set pulse 200 and generates a second set pulse 206. A third inverter INV3 has the first threshold, receives an intermediate reset pulse 202 and generates a first reset pulse 208. A fourth inverter INV4 has the second threshold, receives the intermediate reset pulse 202 and generates a second reset pulse 210. A logic circuit 130 uses the second reset pulse 210 to mask the first set pulse 204, generates an output set pulse 212, uses the second set pulse 206 to mask the first reset pulse 208 and generates an output reset pulse 214.
