PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LIS for optically transmitting client data while using a plurality of subcarriers.SOLUTION: In a transmission-side first LSI (100T-1), a client signal is separated into first and second transmission signals, and a modulation signal of an optical modulator corresponding to a first wavelength channel (λ1) is generated by performing digital coherent signal processing on the first transmission signal. In a transmission-side second LSI (100T-2), a modulation signal of an optical modulator corresponding to a second wavelength channel (λ2) is generated by performing digital coherent signal processing on the second transmission signal. In a reception-side third LSI (100R-2), a first reception signal is outputted by performing digital coherent signal processing on a signal of the first wavelength channel that transmits the first transmission signal. In a reception-side fourth LSI (100R-1), a second reception signal is outputted by performing digital coherent processing on a signal of the second wavelength channel that transmits the second transmission signal, and the first and second reception signals are integrated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
