PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial leather having flexibility and low repulsion similar to those of natural leather with a high-class feeling while maintaining mechanical properties.SOLUTION: An artificial leather comprises a fibrous base material in which a first polymeric elastomer is impregnated and imparted to a fiber entangled body composed of ultrafine filaments having an average fineness of 0.001 to 0.5 dtex such that a mass ratio of the ultrafine filaments to the polymeric elastomer (the ultrafine filaments/the polymeric elastomer) is 0/100 to 20/80 and the ultrafine filaments form fiber bundles. The fibrous base material is impregnated and imparted with 0.1 to 10 mass% of an acrylic resin and 0.1 to 10 mass% of a fat liquoring agent, and both the acrylic resin and the fat liquoring agent exist on the outside and inside of the fiber bundles.SELECTED DRAWING: None
