PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner capable of moving out of a narrow place in a short time.SOLUTION: Control means has a first travel mode in which driving wheels 25, 25 are so controlled to make a main body case 15 travel straight and also make the main body case 15 turn and travel straight when a body is detected by body detection means 31, detection means 32, or reception means 33.
