PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for more rapidly more simply isolating and detecting Salmonella, enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli (EHEC), and Shigella.SOLUTION: Isolation detection of Salmonella, enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli (EHEC), and Shigella becomes possible by amplifying the three bacterial strains in a multiplex PCR so that Tm values of the three bacterial strains differ in a melting profile analysis. Further in terms of quickness and simplicity, isolation detection of the three bacterial strains not only from a feces sample, but also from pool feces as an examination subject is possible.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
