PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To show a strong fruit juice feeling by including lemon juice having a sufficient amount of acidity; to solve the problem that a concentration of vitamin C becomes too low when improving furthermore a taste; and to prevent generation of sliminess.SOLUTION: There are provided vitamin C and a lemon juice-containing beverage in which 12-35 wt% lemon juice and 0.500-2.400 wt% vitamin C are contained to a 100 wt% beverage, and the content ratio of ascorbic acid to the content of sodium salt of ascorbic acid (ascorbic acid/sodium salt of ascorbic acid) is 1.00 or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: None
