The present invention relates to a method of making functional noodles including acanthopanax powder, which includes the following steps: (1) mixing 60-120 parts by weight of flour, 2-10 parts by weight of the acanthopanax powder, 3-7 parts by weight of salt, and a predetermined amount of water together; (2) making and aging dough for the mixture; and (3) making the functional noodles using the dough. In the functional noodles according to the present invention, the acanthopanax powder is included, so nutrition can be complemented, an anti-aging effect can be produced, and storage safety can be improved, thereby contributing to the expansion of the base of the functional noodles. |
