Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for inspecting and recovering virtual machine vulnerability configured to inspect a security status of a virtual machine in a hypervisor area, recover a main system file depending on an inspection result, and restrict use of the virtual machine suspected to be hacked. The method updates a vulnerability inspection standard, a recovery standard, a hacking damage standard, and collection object information. Subsequently, the collection object information is collected from a virtual machine disk and a virtual memory. Based on the collected information, a vulnerability inspection is conducted on the basis of the inspection standard. Depending on the inspection result, the main system file is recovered on the basis of the recovery standard. |
