摘要 The present invention relates to a polymer cantilever structure integrated with a graphene/PDMS composite sensor for precisely measuring contractile force of cardiomyocyte in a real time, and a producing method thereof. The polymer cantilever structure of the present invention comprises: a body unit (100) of a PDMS material, which integrally providing a cantilever (110) formed to be protruded on one end, and where a plurality of fine groove patterns capable of being cultured are formed by accommodating cardiomyocyte in the longitudinal direction on an upper surface of the cantilever (110); and a piezoresistive pressure sensor (200) consisting of a graphene/PDMS composite formed on one surface of the cantilever (110).
