PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system, information processing method, and information processing program that can improve usability according to a use environment.SOLUTION: A first information processing unit 116 performs predetermined information processing to input data to generate first processing result data; a communication unit 120 can receive second processing result data generated by a second information processing unit that can execute information processing of the same kind as that of the information processing, to the input data under a condition having higher versatility; and a control unit 117 selects any of the first processing result data and second processing result data according to the use environment of its own device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
