PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality diagnosis device capable of accurately performing the detection or factor analysis of an unknown failure.SOLUTION: An abnormality diagnosis device acquires reference data (step S1), and learns the monitoring model of a system on the basis of the prior knowledge of the system acquired in a step S3 (step S4). Also, the abnormality diagnosis device acquires evaluation data, and calculates a reconfiguration error indicating a degree of a difference in the features of the evaluation data and data derived from the monitoring model, and calculates an originality degree indicating a degree of the originality of the evaluation data on the basis of the reconfiguration error. The monitoring model is acquired by outputting data under the consideration of the prior knowledge of the system as reconfiguration data when inputting arbitrary data. The abnormality diagnosis device inputs the evaluation data to the monitoring model to acquire reconfiguration data, and calculates a reconfiguration error on the basis of a difference between the evaluation data and the reconfiguration data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
