PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water heater that enables appropriate and prompt hot water filling operation in a bathtub even when a general hot water supply circuit has an abnormality.SOLUTION: A water heater WH1 includes: a general hot water supply circuit A; a bath reheating circuit B; and control means 5 for executing operation control of both of the circuits A, B and having a function to determine whether or not both of the circuits A, B have an abnormality. When a hot water filling operation in a bathtub 45 is started, if determining that the general hot water supply circuit A has an abnormality and the bath reheating circuit B has no abnormality, the control means 5 executes control for heating hot water supplied from the general hot water supply circuit A to a heat exchanger 12b of the bath reheating circuit B by using a burner 10b of the bath reheating circuit B and dropping the heated hot water into the bathtub 45.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
