PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable measurement even with the presence of obstacles and extend a measuring range.SOLUTION: A projector 1 includes a light source 10 and a projection optical system 13, arranges a plurality of different patterns 12A to 12E between the light source 10 and projection optical system 13 at intervals in the optical axis direction of the projection optical system 13, and projects light emitted from the light source 10 and passed through the plurality of different patterns 12A to 12E to a measurement object 5 through the projection optical system 13. A camera 3 photographs a projection image formed with the light projected from the projector 1 to the measuring object 5.
