PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a rear end portion of a hood from vibrating with a pair of right and left hood hinges acting as fulcrums when pop-up is completed.SOLUTION: A vehicle pop-up hood device 10 comprises a pair of right and left hood hinges 16 that are provided to be apart from each other in the vehicle width direction and that support a rear end portion 14R of a front hood 14. The pop-up hood device 10 also comprises a pair of right and left actuators 18 that are provided in a vehicle lower side of the front hood 14 to be apart from each other in the vehicle width direction and that are actuated to thereby push up the rear end portion 14R of the front hood 14 to a vehicle upward side. Furthermore, the pop-up hood device 10 comprises a sub-actuator 20 that is provided below the front hood 14 in an intermediate portion between the paired right and left actuators 18 in the vehicle width direction and that restricts the vertical displacement of an intermediate portion of the front hood 14 in the vehicle width direction when the paired actuators 18 are completely actuated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
