PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an instrument panel reinforcement attachment structure capable of making easier to perform positioning operation of an instrument panel reinforcement with respect to a vehicle body.SOLUTION: An insertion piece 70 is inserted into an insertion section 56, thereby restricting the displacement of an instrument panel R/F 34 with respect to a vehicle body 12, in two directions orthogonal to the insertion direction of inserting the insertion piece 70 into the insertion section 56. Furthermore, inserting the insertion piece 70 into the insertion section 56 restricts the rotation of the insertion piece 70 of the instrument panel R/F 34 in the insertion direction of inserting the insertion piece 70 into the insertion section 56. Owing to this, if the insertion piece 70 is inserted into the insertion portion 56 when the instrument panel R/F 34 is assembled into the vehicle body 12, the instrument panel R/F 34 is moved while being guided along the insertion direction of inserting the insertion piece 70 into the insertion section 56 and, at the same time, the instrument panel R/F 34 is positioned.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
