PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform processing at a time when document files are changed so as not to disturb browsing of documents by users when displaying documents on the basis of the document files acquired from a document management device.SOLUTION: A terminal device 10 is configured to: acquire one document file from a document management device 20 to cause the document file to be stored in a storage unit (S1 and S2); display a document shown by the document file stored in the storage unit in a full screen (S3); perform an update check during displaying the document, and detects a difference between the document file stored in the storage unit and the document file managed by the document management device 20 (S4 to S7); when detecting existence of the difference (S8;YES), notify a user of information showing the detected difference by means of the display in an area having the document displayed (S9); and acquire the document file managed by the document management device 20 during displaying the document (S10 to S12).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
