PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method that enable, during operation of an application, a terminal to be remotely controlled on the application as well as make it possible to earn a user's trust in security.SOLUTION: Terminals 10a, 10b accept, during execution of a predetermined application other than remote support software, input from a user requesting remote support on the predetermined application; and, according to the input, access a remote control server 200. The remote control server 200, in response to the request, refers to a security map for determining an operator destination; inquires, on the basis of the referred security map, a server of an application provider about operator terminals 20a to 20c to be connected; and, according to a request from a predetermined operator terminal of the operator terminals, connects the user terminal 10a and the operator terminal 20a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
