PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small cell base station, a communication system, and an interference suppression method that reliably suppress interference by a control channel signal in a downlink radio communication frame between a small cell base station and a macro cell base station according to setting of CRE, and are able to suppress increase in interference to a data channel.SOLUTION: A small cell base station 20 is temporally synchronized with a macro cell base station 10, and shifts the transmission timing of a downlink radio communication frame by a time shorter than a 10-FDM symbol length relative to a downlink radio communication frame transmitted by the micro cell base station 10 on the basis of the setting of a bias value of CRE that equivalently changes the size of a small cell 20A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
