BEACON DETECTION AND DETERMINATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beacon detection and determination system capable of detecting unintended movement by a third party of a beacon transmission device, and an illicit act such as the duplication of a beacon by a third party.SOLUTION: A beacon detection and determination system consists essentially of: a beacon transmission device 10 for transmitting a beacon with a specific identifier added; a beacon management server 2 comprising a recording unit 7 in which an identifier and installation place information on the beacon transmission device 10 are recorded; and a receiver 20 comprising beacon detection means 21, positional information acquisition means 25, and communication means 26. The receiver 20 includes determination means that compares installation place information associated with a detected identifier with positional information on the receiver 20, and determines whether the installation place information and the positional information are in a prescribed range. If it is not determined the installation place information and the positional information are in the prescribed range, the communication means 26 gives notice of the determination result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
