PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately distribute resources in accordance with an operational situation of a speech system.SOLUTION: A speech system 5 includes: a plurality of service provision servers 2 for providing speech services; and a subscriber information reception server 1 which receives subscriber data of the speech services. The service provision server 2 includes processing means 221 which is connected to the subscriber information reception server for executing a subscriber data request, a subscriber data notification and call processing. The subscriber information reception server 1 includes: processing means 121 for executing a subscriber data request, a subscriber data notification and call processing within a range of resources allocated for each processing type of the subscriber data report, the subscriber data notification and the call processing; and resource allocation means 122 by which, if there is a service provision server 2 that is recovering subscriber data, resources allocated to call processing are reduced and the reduced data are allocated to the subscriber data request and the subscriber data notification.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
