PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable mouth feel indicators, such as those of ETI, to be accurately and stably measured.SOLUTION: In a balance-shaped mouth feel measuring device, a first weight adjuster 41 capable of weight adjustment is arranged at one end of a swing arm 40. A specimen support 50 is arranged underneath the other end of the swing arm 40. An action shaft 60 on which a second weight adjuster 62 capable of weight adjustment is arranged at the other end of the swing arm 40 is supported, and to its lower end part a probe 63 is fitted. By utilizing a weight difference to displace the swing arm 40, the probe 63 is caused to rush into a sample S. By using a detection value detected by a first sensor 64, a processing device 80 calculates oscillation energy as a first mouth feel indicator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
