PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift management system for fairly and easily achieving switching of work shifts between staff after generating a shift table, and to provide a terminal device, an information processing system, an information processing method and a program.SOLUTION: The shift management system includes a storage part for storing work shifts and holding points of a plurality of staff, an acquisition part 230 for acquiring a switching request for requesting switching of the work shifts stored in the storage part from a first staff member to a second staff member, and a management part 270 for performing the switching of work shifts, consumption of points held by the first staff member and giving of points to the second staff member in accordance with approval of the switching request from the second staff member to update information stored in the storage part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
