PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator enabling a user to perform operation of function of a refrigerator smoothly in lights-out of a display part.SOLUTION: A refrigerator includes: a refrigerator body; a door opening/closing the front face opening part of the refrigerator body; an operation region 20 provided in the door; operation units 31-36 arranged in the operation region 20; a display unit illuminating the display content of the operation unit from the rear side of the operation unit; and a control unit that controls the lighting state of the display unit by operation from the operation unit. In lights-out of the display unit, operations in the operation units 31-36 are effective.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
