PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure concentration of an object substance to be measured with good reproducibility without affecting the cost.SOLUTION: A material concentration measuring device 1 includes: a specimen introduction member 11 for introducing a specimen toward a merging part 13 into which the specimen including an object substance and a reaction reagent are merged; a reaction reagent introduction part 12 for introducing the reaction reagent toward the merging part 13; and mixture acceleration means 22 for accelerating mixture between the specimen merged at the merging part 13 and the reaction reagent. The material concentration measuring device further includes: a mixture member 21 for forming a mixture region 20 for mixing the specimen and the reaction reagent; a region to be measured formation member 31 for constituting a region 30 to be measured for measuring a chemical reaction quantity of the mixed liquid between the specimen mixed by a mixing member 21 and the reaction reagent and having a structure of which cross section of a flow path is gradually increased; and a measurement member 32 for measuring the chemical reaction quantity of the mixed liquid flowing through the inside of the region to be measured formation member 31 by the region 30 to be measured.
