PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent grease of a stringiness portion from becoming a corner shape caused by stringiness of grease in moving a grease nozzle above after discharge in a case of discharging grease from the grease nozzle to a rolling bearing, and thereby to prevent grease from getting dirt caused by adhesion to the outer peripheral surface of the bearing, and initial torque from increasing caused by adhesion to a shield plate mounted to the bearing in a post-process.SOLUTION: With a jig having many small-diameter holes or a jig formed of a porous body, air effused from the surface of the jig is caused to approach a corner portion of grease. Consequently, the corner portion is made flat without directing contacting the jig and grease.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
