PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic vibration absorber, flexure, and head support mechanism allowing easy frequency control.SOLUTION: The dynamic vibration absorber 50 includes an arm part 51 constituting elastic means, and a weight part 52 that is connected to the arm part 51 and constitutes mass means. Each of the arm part 51 and weight part 52 is formed by stacking a plurality of single-layer materials having different elasticity and specific gravity. At least one of the plurality of single-layer materials in the arm part 51 is shared, and at least one of the plurality of single-layer materials in the weight part 52 is shared.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
