Embodiments of the present invention provide a seawater treatment method and a seawater treatment apparatus treating seawater introduced to various types of sea chests. According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is the seawater treatment apparatus, comprising: a first sea chest and a second sea chest where the seawater is introduced; a seawater treatment unit supplying an oxidizer to the seawater introduced through the first sea chest and the second sea chest to convert the seawater into the treated seawater; and a control unit controlling concentration of the oxidizer of the treated seawater converted by being introduced through the first sea chest and concentration of the oxidizer of the treated sweater converted by being introduced through the second sea chest.
