PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system, a transmission power control method and a radio communication device, capable of performing appropriate transmission power control according to communication quality.SOLUTION: In a radio communication system for performing communication between a base station 10 and a mobile station 20, the mobile station 20 receives a packet P1 from the base station 10, to measure the received power at the reception of the packet P1. Then, based on a plurality of received packets P1 and the received power, the mobile station 20 calculates a packet error rate and average received power, to generate a packet P2 and transmit to the base station 10. The base station 10 receives the packet P2 from the mobile station 20, and based on a packet error rate included in the plurality of received packets P2 and average received power, controls transmission power at packet transmission in a packet transmission unit 14 of the base station 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
