PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a problem that the amount of noise varies due to the individual difference of imaging elements, signal processing circuits, and the like, constituting an imaging apparatus.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus includes imaging means obtaining a captured image by imaging and image processing a subject, subject recognition means for recognizing a predetermined subject from the captured image and outputting a subject area, and amount of noise learning means for learning the amount of noise from subject area information for a predetermined area of the captured image as an object area. Development parameters of the imaging means are changed so that the amount of noise thus learnt matches a preset target amount of noise.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
