PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective watching system, watching detection device, and watching report device.SOLUTION: A watching system includes: a watching detection device that includes a cartilage conduction vibration source, a mastication sensor and an osseous microphone and is attached to an ear with the entrance of an external acoustic meatus open; a mobile phone or an indoor monitoring unit that receives a watching detection signal from the mastication sensor and the osseous microphone by short-range communication and notifies the outside. The watching detection device includes an external airway sound microphone and also functions as a hearing aid. When it cannot receive a detection signal from the mastication sensor or the osseous microphone for a prescribed time, it notifies the outside. The mobile phone and the indoor monitoring unit cross-check watching detection information. The mobile phone also gives notice of information indicating nothing abnormal detected. About a voice signal from the osseous microphone, only its occurrence or non-occurrence is reported to the outside, and the contents of the voice signal are not reported to protect privacy.
