摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for enhancing the charge capacity and discharge capacity of a lithium secondary battery, where a LiTiO-based oxide is applied to the negative electrode active material.SOLUTION: A negative electrode active material for lithium secondary battery can attain a pronounced effect that the lithium insertion capacity and lithium desorption capacity can be increased, and thereby the charge capacity and discharge capacity can be increased, by substituting iron for a part of titanium, and containing an oxide having a composition represented by a general formula: LiFeTiO(x is 0.01≤x<0.5), in the negative electrode active material of a LiTiO-based oxide.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
