PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine diameter aluminum electric wire having strength usable as that of a fine diameter electric wire and also capable of being suppressed in corrosion caused by dissimilar metals.SOLUTION: Provided is a fine diameter aluminum electric wire 10 comprising: an electric wire conductor 16; and an insulator 18 covering the outer circumference of the electric wire conductor 16.The electric wire conductor 16 is composed of element wire bundles not including the element wires made of metals other than pure aluminum and aluminum alloys, consisting of low strength aluminum element wires 14 made of pure aluminum or an aluminum alloy and having the tensile strength of 229 MPa or lower and a high strength aluminum element wire 12 made of an aluminum alloy and having the tensile strength of 230 MPa or more, and at least a part of the element wire arranged at the outer circumferential position in the element wire bundle is made of the fine diameter aluminum electric wire 10 made of low strength aluminum element wires 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
