PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil in water emulsion composition which is excellent in temporal stability while maintaining restorability, and which exhibits an effect useful for the skin, such as moisturizing persistence by restoration characteristics.SOLUTION: The invention relates to an oil in water emulsion composition containing the following component (a)-(d): (a) a specific hydrophobically modified polyether urethane; (b) linear saturated alcohol with a carbon number of 14-18; (c) linear saturated alcohol with a carbon number of 20-22; (d) 0.5-9 mass% of liquid oil solution at 25°C, wherein the content mass ratio (b)/(c) of component (b) and (c) ranges 1-5.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
