PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a start failure of an engine by surely preventing a backflow of an exhaust gas by a simple constitution even if there is a wind which progresses ahead from a vehicle rear side.SOLUTION: A rectangular opening 1b is formed at a rear bumper 1, a square cylindrical base body 2 is horizontally arranged in front of the opening 1b, a flange part 2a which is integrally formed at a rear end part of the base body 2 is arranged so as to be superimposed on a peripheral edge of the opening 1b of the rear bumper 1, and an exhaust pipe 3 is arranged inside an insertion part 2b formed at an upper front end part of the base body 2 in a state that its rear end part is inserted therein. By this constitution, even if a wind progressing ahead from a vehicle rear side blows, an exhaust gas from the exhaust pipe 3 can be made to flow frontward in the base body 2 at a stop of an engine, a backflow of the exhaust gas to the exhaust pipe 3 can be surely prevented, and the filling of the exhaust gas to an engine intake system can be prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
