PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp a work for processing the outer periphery and the inner periphery without causing nonuniform deflection, by improving a chuck device for gripping the work by a split collet.SOLUTION: A chuck device comprises a split collet of splitting a work gripping part into a plurality in the circumferential direction by a split groove and a driving part for deflecting the work gripping part of its split collet so as to change inner-outer diameters, in which the split groove in at least the work gripping part of the split collet is constituted as a groove of crossing with a parallel line to the axis of a chuck, and a swing width in the circumferential direction of the split groove in the work gripping part is larger than a groove width of the split groove in a work-gripping state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
