PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an adsorption tower capable of suppressing powdering, caused by fluidization, of an adsorbent filled into the tower.SOLUTION: A structure division (x) for narrowing a tower inside space sectional area in the direction orthogonal to a gas flow direction is provided on one or more places in the gas flow direction inside the adsorption tower. Hereby, the tower inside space is reduced as much as a portion of the structure division (x) installed inside the tower, and the adsorbent is compacted in the lateral direction (wall direction)to form a structure like a bridge. As a result, movement of the adsorbent in the gas flow direction is suppressed, to thereby suppress fluidization.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
