PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide tarpaulin having suppressed plasticizer bleeding, small in tackiness, excellent in blocking property and excellent in processability during sewing works in a manufacturing process of various industrial materials, membrane structures or the like.SOLUTION: The tarpaulin is obtained from a plastic laminate having a fiber fabric as a base material and a soft vinyl chloride resin layer arranged on at least one face thereof, where the soft vinyl chloride resin layer mainly contains 100 pts.mass of vinyl chloride resin and 30 to 80 pts.mass of a cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid dialkyl ester compound and 1 to 30 pts.mass of chlorinated polyethylene is contained by two step blending.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
