PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die plate which is capable of stably extrusion-molding an inner liner of a TBR tire on which smooth edge is formed in a short time without generating return rubber by making a step of an extrusion rubber smaller easily, and an extrusion molding apparatus equipped with the die plate.SOLUTION: A die plate is assembled in an extrusion head of an extrusion molding apparatus that extrusion-molds an inner liner of a tire, and the inner liner is extrusion-molded by allowing a rubber composition to pass through a rubber flow channel corresponding to a cross-sectional shape of the inner liner, in which side surfaces on both sides in a width direction of the rubber flow channel are formed approximately perpendicular to the width direction of the rubber flow channel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
