PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to process a through hole without generation of burr and edge chip in manufacturing of a sintered component.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a sintered component having a through hole in such a manner that a through hole, which has a hole diameter smaller than a predetermined value on an inlet side and of which parts except the inlet side have a predetermined hole diameter, is processed on a power compact, the portions of the through hole except the inlet side are processed by rotating a cutting tool, which can process an inner peripheral surface of a hole, and revolving along a circle concentric with a center of the hole, and thereafter, a compact is sintered, hole expansion processing by cutting is performed onto an obtained sintered compact, and thereby a hole diameter of the through hole on the inlet side is enlarged to a predetermined value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
