PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser processing apparatus for processing an end portion (21) of a processing object (20).SOLUTION: A laser processing apparatus comprises a first optical member (12) for converting an outgoing beam from a laser source (11) into a beam of an intensity distribution having a region, in which the intensity is substantially constant in at least one direction. Said one direction in said outgoing beam condensed on a working object (20) is made parallel to the moving direction of the working object (20), and the portion of said outgoing beam substantially constant in the intensity is radiated to an end portion (21).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
