The present invention relates to a sliding type portable lighting apparatus. The present invention is to control the on/off operation of a plurality of lamp panels through an action of unfolding or folding the lamp panels by a sliding method. According to the present invention, the portable lighting apparatus includes: a body unit in which a battery is installed; and a plurality of lamp panels connected to the body unit and unfolded or folded by a sliding method to turn on or off the power supply of the battery.
