PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting ethylene copolymer hardly generating problems of transportation or bleeding out of a fluophor, high in processability and having desired optical properties and good light stability and easy to handle in a mixing process and an encapsulation composition for solar cell using the same, an encapsulation material layer for solar cell hardly generating problems of transportation or bleeding out of a fluophor, high in processability and having desired optical properties and good light stability formed by using the encapsulation composition for solar cell and a photovoltaic module having the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a light emitting ethylene copolymer containing a fluorescent dye compound having an unsaturated bond as a monomer component.SELECTED DRAWING: None
