PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply and demand management system for managing power supply and demand while considering a characteristic (such as a type of power station) of supplied power, in managing power supply and demand in a user region that receives power supplied from a plurality of power stations.SOLUTION: A supply and demand management system 1 comprises a CEMS 10 and a plurality of BEMSs 20. Buildings 30A, 30B, 30C that are management targets of the plurality of BEMSs 20 receive power from a plurality of power stations GE1, GE2, GE3. The supply and demand management system can determine characteristics of power supplied to the buildings 30A, 30B, 30C because of calculating an energy degree EN by using respective numerical values in an individual power station index database. Thereby, it is made to be possible to set lower rank power management objectives depending on the characteristics of power supplied to the buildings 30A, 30B, 30C, enabling implementation of a power consumption state depending on a characteristic (such as a type of power station) of supplied power.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
