PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent data inconsistency even when read delay occurs.SOLUTION: An update request receiving section receives a data update request. A read request section issues a read processing request. A data receiving section receives data read from a storage section. An update value calculation section calculates an updated data value. A write request section issues a write processing request for the updated value. A data processing execution section executes read processing and write processing with respect to the storage section. A history processing section generates a read processing history when the read processing is executed, and deletes a read processing history corresponding to write processing when the write processing is executed. An update information estimation section estimates update information which indicates how the data stored in the storage section is to be updated, from the history.
