PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a signal to be detected by an input device hardly affected by noise in a display device including the input device.SOLUTION: A display device 1 has: a substrate 21; a substrate 31 that faces the substrate 21; lead wiring WRT that is provided in the substrate 21 or substrate 31; and an insulator part IPd that is provided in a top surface of the substrate 31. In a plane view, the lead wiring WRT is arranged in a peripheral area As, and the insulator part IPd is arranged, in the plane view, so as to overlap on a display area Ad. In a lateral side of insulator part IPd, provided is an insulator part having a lower dielectric constant than that of the insulator part IPd or a space SPs1.
