PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining an electrodeposited body having no pinhole in an insulation film and having excellent insulation characteristics, and to provide a method for producing an electrodeposited body, which enables an insulation film having no pinhole and a flat surface to be formed under a simple and safe environment.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing an electrodeposited body 102 having an insulation film formed by forming an insulation layer on a surface of a body to be coated 101b by an electrodeposition process by using an electrodeposition paint 102, followed by a baking treatment. In the method, the electrodeposition paint 102 contains a solvent containing polyamide-imide and an organic solvent added to the electrodeposition paint. In the electrodeposition coating method using the electrodeposition paint 102, the organic solvent has a boiling point which exceeds 100°C, has a Hansen solubility parameter resembling that of the polyamide-imide and is highly compatible therewith.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
