The present invention relates to a stationary liquid phase lab-on-a-chip, which comprises: a sample chamber in which a mixed solution of a sample including an analyte and a reactant having a particle is stored; a detection chamber in which a detection solution is stored; a washing chamber positioned between the sample chamber and the detection chamber, for storing a washing buffer solution; and a plurality of channels for connecting the sample chamber, the washing chamber, and the detection chamber. The stationary liquid phase lab-on-a-chip detects an analyzed substance by moving the particle from the sample chamber to the detection chamber using a moving means. |
