The present invention relates to a headset for measuring electroencephalography and a method for measuring electroencephalography by using the same. More specifically, the headset for measuring electroencephalography comprises: a measurement unit configured to measure electroencephalography; a proximity sensor configured to determine whether to wear the headset; and a control unit configured to determine whether to operate the measurement unit in accordance with whether to wear the headset. Whether to wear the headset is determined by using the proximity sensor, consumption power is saved by using the same, and a measurement time is accurately determined in case of electroencephalography measurement to obtain efficient data having small noise. |
