According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for generating 3D content comprises the following steps of: photographing an image for each focal plane while changing a focal distance of an object and a camera with regard to the object; reversely projecting image data of the photographed image to a 4D optical field space in accordance with a projection slope of a 4D optical field determined in accordance with a location of each focal plane so as to be extended into 4D data; and restoring optical field data by adding up the extended 4D data.
